What Causes Sore Throat,headaches And Stomachache?

Hello! I am an 11 year old girl who has been feeling truly ill. I feel like I m going to collapse. I have horrible headaches and stomachaches. My throat is sore at night most of the time. I do not know what s wrong and I ve been feeling scared. Instead of going to the doctor, I find asking you online easier. Should I see a doctor? Take medicine? Thanks!

Well come to HCM
This could be allergic condition and in my opinion this need to be treated with Tab Diphenhydramine three times in day and Tab Acetaminophen and Tab Dicyclomine three times in day, if the symptoms persist then this need to be seen by the physician but this would come around, take care.
