What Causes Sore Throat,runny Nose With Cough And Low Fever?
I have a runny nose, have lost my voice, and have a productive chesty cough. I do not appear to have a fever by normal standards. My body temp is usually between 97 and 98 or so degrees, so for my temp to reach 99, I feel like I have a slight fever. Does this sound like laryngitis?

I have gone through your query, as you have sore throat , low grade fever it can be due to throat infection .
For this you can consult with your doctor and take one tablet Azithromycin once daily for three days.
One Tablet Metronidazole twice daily for 3 days
One Tablet vitamin B complex once daily for three days
Do warm saline gargle two - three times a day.
