What Causes Sore To Touch And Swollen Feet With Throbbing Ankles?

I m having so many problems with my feet that id don t know what to do. First of all my feet are really sore to the touch on the top and bottom. Both feet stay swollen all the time, especially my ankles and they both throb. Sometimes I get these awful sharp pain that shoot through my feet. What is this?

Your age? Have you ever checked your blood uric? How many times have you been? There are many causes of sore ankles as trauma, gout, reactive arthritis, a complication of diabetes, arthritis embolism legs ... so, you should go to a doctor to examine and address the drivers cause of your condition.
