Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms sore tongue is mostly caused by inflammation of tongue and is known as GLOSSITIS.
It can commonly be due to Nutritional deficiency of iron, vitamin B 12 and folic acid, acid reflux, allergic reaction to any medication or food, stress etc.

The bumps at the back of the tongue are due to swollen circumvallate papillae which contains taste buds..

The black stain like mark over tongue tip can be pigmentation caused due to any traumatic injury or burning of tongue with some hot food.

Nothing to worry consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and treatment can be planned according to the cause..

As of now you can start taking supportive treatment.

You can take anti-inflammatory painkiller like IBUPROFEN..
Gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine.
Sucking ice pops can relieve..
Do warm saline gargles..
Take a multivitamin tablet daily for 15 daily..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
