ENT Specialist 's  Response
in my opinion you are suffering from tonsillopharyngitis. that leads to referred pain in ear I.e. ear ache. these all symptoms indicates viral pharyngitis. I wouldn't recommend antibiotics for these. you just need to take palliative treatment in form of antiallergic, antihistaminic. chlorhexidine gargles, avoid cold drinks. steam inhalation will be beneficial. pain killers if ear ache is unbearable.
