What Causes Sore Veins On Wrist?

Three days ago I woke up to notice that my nerves in my left inner part of my wrist was sore for no apparent reason. It feels like a sprain or contusion of some sort and I don t recall injuring my wrist at all the day before. what do you think this is Doctor because it is a mystery to me?

Direct trauma or repeated overuse of an area can result in pain.

Repeated over use can occur for example with computer use or any repetitive movement.

The use of an anti inflammatory pain killer such as ibuprofen/naproxen/cataflam would help.
