What Causes Soreness Along With White Drainage On The Head Of Penis?

Hi me and my girlfriend has sex without a condom for the first time and now the head of my penis and my foreskin feels tight and red and sore and sometimes there is a white discharge from the head I have come to the taught that it s friction and my penis is just sensitive will this keep happening and is there anyway I can stop it and how do I treat it now

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be happening again and if this goes on happening again then you have to go for clinical examination because it could be due to foreskin and it may needed to be removed some time, hope this information helps.
