Understanding your concern. As per your query you have soreness and bruising on the forearm . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like contusion , hematoma , phlebitis , tendinitis and anticoagulant medications . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order x-ray , examine it physically to check the consistency and tenderness in the lump . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , anti inflammatory along with anti allergic because it can occur due to allergy also . Doctor may also refer you to orthopedic surgeon for tendinitis or carpel tunnel syndrome .
