What Causes Soreness And Irritation In The Vaginal Lips?

I recently had rough sex...few days ago. After my lips were sore...like they were rubbed raw. Now its worse cause I put lotion in them and it irritated them more. It looks like a bunch of small cuts and when water or urine touch the lips they burn. I don't know what to do...?
