Hello ma'am and welcome.

Your presentation can be attributed to a possible infection, although the source will have to be confirmed. With recent sexual contact in your history, it does raise the question on sexually transmitted infections as well, and they will have to be actively ruled out. I would recommend a urine analysis, physical examination by a doctor, and if required an STD-panel as well (if your physical presentation calls for it). Please visit your doctor for the same.

In the meantime, abstain from sexual contact in all forms, drink plenty of fluids and keep the affected region dry and clean, change your inner garments regularly.

Best wishes.
