What Causes Soreness And Radiating Pain From The Buttock To Leg?

Over the past few days I have been experiencing intermittently a sharp pain in the front of my right leg causing my leg to buckle and not be able to put any weight on it. I had a R THR 4 years ago. If I grab my ankle and bend it back to my buttocks stretching the muscle the pain goes away but there is still a soreness it appears to be from the front of my knee up and in towards my groin

This condition can occur due to many causes.It can be related to the muscles as myositis or the tendons or some sort of neurotoxin. On the other hand, it can be referred pain due to renal condition, ovary (if you are a female) or colonic irritation
