What Causes Soreness And Redness In The Eyes?
The sclera on both eyes is loose, red, and sore. My ophthalmologist suggested trying a variety of tears in a bottle used hourly combined with a wash cloth with hot from the tap water placed over the eyes twice a day for 5 minutes followed by squeezing the eyes several times. He stated there is no known cause for this issue. If these over the counter remedies don't work, he mentioned surgery to remove the excess sclera. I am seeking another opinion (yours).

it can be conjunctivitis corneal ulcer or dry eye due to persistent use of contact lens can give rise to corneal erosion. start applying refresh eye tear drop and stop using contact lens and use specs for some time avoid using computer for long time which can give rise to computer vision syndrome resulting in dry eye should take break and can use anti glare screen in between you r computer and your self can take anti glare specs. use refresh eye tear drop.
