What Causes Soreness And Swelling At The Right Tragus And My Left Helix?

A week ago I got my right tragus and my left helix pierced, both with a gun as I didn t realize that piercings aren t supposed to be done with a gun. Both were fine after the first few days and I have been cleaning them with the provided spray twice, sometimes three times a day. Both are now sore and my tragus is swollen while my helix has bled and is red. I have cleaned both properly since having got them and I have also used sea salt solution as well as a disinfectant cream. What should I do now? Also would it be worth taking the tragus piercing out and replacing it with a sleeper or flat back as it just has a regular stud in at the moment? Help is appreciated.
