What Causes Soreness And Swelling In Jaw And Nose?

for several days ive had a soreness on the top left side in my upper jaw and it started swelling i can feel it when i run my tongue up at top of jaw line. now this morning its swollen at left side by my nose and upper cheek but my teeth do not hurt. what can this be?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the swelling could be secondary to tooth infection causing periapica abscess or gum infection causing periodontal abscess.. consult a oral physician and take radiographs of that region...take a course of antibiotics and get the teeth restored with RCT or normal filling depending on the tooth infection.. i hope my answer will help you,, take care.
