What Causes Soreness And Swelling In Labia Minora During Pregnancy?

Hello. I am over 5 months pregnant and most evenings my labia minora is very sore and swollen. I think it is hanging slightly out of my vagina and during the course of the day is rubbing against my knickers and is causing me a lot of discomfort. Do you have any advice what the problem is?
