What Causes Soreness And Swelling In Penis Post An Intercourse?

Ive just had sex for the first time (over 24 hours ago) and my penis is sore and is swollen under the glands like two ballon looking things either side. I am not circumcised and my foreskin had gone past my glands (never happened to be before and it hurt when i tried) what do i do? i was really concerned and researching is abit of everything so i dont know what to believe or do

It could be either due to aggressive intercourse or some fungal infection. You cab start antifungal medications with advice.
