What Causes Soreness And Swelling Of Torso Muscles After Workout?
I was in the gym doing crunches while using a yoga ball to stretch further back and i was pushing myself to hard. After one of my sets the right side in between where my chest and top ab is was sticking out and red like the rib around that area pulled from the cartridge a little. The next few days I was sore all over my torso and the pain declined but I have recently noticed that on the left side my ribs near the middle left side of my torso bulges out some and is out of alignment I m guessing, what could I have done? Please email me I can t view answers on here I don t know why. Thank you

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Muscle soreness after work out can be due lack of proper nutrition or wrong ways in work out. Low vitamin D levels also given such problems. So it is better to check your vitamin D level also. Take food after half an hour of work out. Don't delay that more than one hour. Vitamin B 12 and D supplementation also will be helpful. Have a hot shower after work out also. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
