What Causes Soreness And Swelling On Corner Of Eyes?

I had a very sore & swollen corner of my left eye for several days & I used eye drops in both eyes since I tend to have dry eyes & thought it might be from that. The redness & soreness went away in my left eye but is now in my right eye. I seem to have a hard spot in upper inner corner & it doesn t seem to want to clear up like my left eye did.It was very red & swollen when I woke today s.

if you have dry eye then use refresh eye teardrop. cromal eye drop may be used 3 times.take levocetrizine 5mgtablet daily. swollen spot may be pterigium, which need to be watched for its growth towards cornea if it approach towards pupil and obstruct vision then it is to be resected.
