What Causes Soreness And Tenderness In The Breasts?

Both of my breasts on the outside are always very sore and tender. I don t feel any lumps and have had a mammo in the last month. Hurts more when I wear a bra but is not too bad when I wear a sports bra. I m always tired and gaining weight even though I work out 4 days a week. I am a 51 year old female.

It can be due to you are going towards menupause. A condition in which women ends up with reproductive cycles. If u already have entered menopause , then u should go for eye sight checkup and thyroid profile.
