What Causes Soreness And Tenderness In The Nose?

Hello, never done this before so bare with me. When i went to bed last night the right side of my nose was a little tender. When i woke up this morning it is so sore that i can t hardly touch my nose. The tip of my nose is so sore and goes back about half way. I had my daughter look in my nose, and she said she didn t see anything. I ve never had this before, and it s not sinus. I ve had skin cancer removed from the left side of my nose about 5 years ago. Just wondering if this is something i really need to worry about?

Hello

You are most likely to be having a condition called furunculosis , which is infection of the hair follicle of the nose, this condition is very painful and can be a bit serious, please meet your doctor as you will need to start antibiotics.
