What Causes Soreness And Throbbing Pain Behind The Knee?
I have a dull aching pain on the inside area of my right knee which has been bothering me for a couple of weeks. The pain seems to get worse after sitting or when I get up in the morning there is noticeable popping of this joint from time to time. It is also very sore around this area what do you think is going on with with it?

It could be due to early arthritis:
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
