What Causes Soreness And Tissue Discharge From Vagina After Having Sex?

Hello,Today as I was cleaning myself in the shower I noticed that my vaginal area around my opening was sore. I started to feel around and realized there is a bit of tissue poking out of my vagina. It is tender and a bit sore. I m not having trouble urinating (it is a bit sore after wiping) or walking. I ve been very active all day and didn t notice it til this evening. Never had children. I did have sex last night.I m planning on making an appointment in the morning but any guesses would be welcome. Thanks, Susana

Thank you for following up. Sometimes it happens when women have infection(bacterial, fungal, for example Candidiasis) or disbiosis of vagina. I suggest-
1.Consult your gynaecologist.
2.Bacteriological analysis:vagina,urethra and cervix culture.
3.If you had Candidiasis earlier you can try to use clothrimazole 1 suppository in bed time for 5 days.
Use liquid soap with lactic acid for intimate hygiene and vaginal suppository with Lactobacteri for prophylaxis infection in future.
Take care
