What Causes Soreness And White Blisters On Penis After Having Sex?

hi.. after sex my penis can become sore. it is never too bad but if i try and peel back my foreskin my banjo string gets really sore and has little white blisters on it. is this a serious problem or could it have something to do with the fact that i dry masterbate?
