What Causes Soreness Around A Surgical Incision?

I had gallbladder out a year ago. I ve been vacuuming with a light vacuum but vacuumed with a heavy one and am having some soreness and discomfort where I had the surgery. Why is this feels sore and a little painful. Why? Don t feel real good e other. Not sick just kind of weak thank you

if the gall blader is removed bysugery it-can bemonitoured by ultrasound and there isnoneedof vacuuming.
