What Causes Soreness Around A Tetanus Injection Site?

I got a tetanus shot on Thursday (late morning). I am feeling soreness at the injection site (which I understand is normal), but I have also been feeling aches throughout my body, have had mild headache and am lethargic. My symptoms are similar to the flu, but without a runny nose, coughing, chest congestion, etc. I do have some sinus congestion. How long can I expect this reaction to last?
