What Causes Soreness At The Back?

For a few months I ve had a dull soreness on the right side of my back which comes and goes. I feel no lump and usually during the day it goes away. I usually feel it at night and in the morning. I can t feel it when I breathe. I associate it with a sore back because I lift heavy bags every day.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The heavy bags lifted might have caused a muscle pull in back. Please take rest for some time. Fomentation and massage with muscle relaxing gel can help. Take over the counter pain pulls like Ibuprofen twice a day after food. If no relief consult a doctor for physical examination, needful investigations and specific management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
