What Causes Soreness Behind Ribs, Stomach And Back?

i am having a soreness behind my ribs,belly an back,i have had liver fuction tests an other procedures,but they find nothing,it at the moment is painfull especially when walking a short time,i also have had a cough for 8 weeks,but dont cough at night.
