What Causes Soreness In Bottom Of The Feet Every Morning And Difficulty Walking?
IN THE MORNING WHEN I GET UP ITS HARD TO WALK THE BOTTOM OF BOTH FEET ARE REAL SORE AND ITS THE SAME AFTER SITTING AND GO TO STAND BACK UP ALSO WHEN I AM SITTING OR LYING DOWN THE BOTTOM OF MY FEET FEEL REAL HOT AND THROBBING BEEN LIKE THIS FOR 2 MONTHS OR SO
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM The symptoms you describe could be caused by many medical conditions.Some possible causes may include: -Peripheral neuropathy -Diabetic neuropathy -Ionic imbalances like low calcium, low magnesium.. -Vitamin deficiency -Liver/kidney disorders -And others I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and investigation.You may need tests like full blood count, serum electrolytes, fasting blood sugar, liver and kidney function tests, vitamin levels.From the results, your Doctor may discuss treatment options.I will advise you try the following: *Rest well *Eat well and healthy with enough green vegetables *Take a pain drug like ibuprofen if pain *A myorelaxant like miorel *Remain active with regular physical exercises Hope this will help Best regards
