What Causes Soreness In Elbows?
I have a rash on both elbows...over the last 2 years or so I have been excersising with weights...plus they seem a bit sore when I wake up as I must lean on or they may rub against the sheets ..the redness has some yellow heads..but not like poison heads ..say on a scab they actually white not yellow...no puss etc just sore red underneath....they do not irritate..but the do get dry etc...

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms given here could be due to chronic eczema or it could be psoriasis in either case it can be tried with steroid and with confirmation of diagnosis it needs to be treated with specific medicine as long as the eczema is concern it can be cured but for the psoriasis is doubtful hope this information helps
