What Causes Soreness In Mouth?

Have sore mouth x3 days. Like skin inside my mouth is about to be a sore but all over. Worse in a few spots, primarily on the two stringy things under my tongue. They are very irritated. Could this be a reaction to food? And what are those stringy things called??

Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic

I went through the history you are having sore mouth. This can be because of aphthous ulcers of the oral cavity involving the buccal mucosa and tongue.
These are usually associated with stress, intake of spicy foods and deficiency of essential nutrients.
The treatment is by the use of antiseptic and anesthetic mouth gels. Use of multivitamins will help providing symptomatic relief and quick healing of the ulcers.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Hope this is helpful yo you.

Thank you
