What Causes Soreness In Neck Muscles?

I have had sore neck muscles for the past few weeks could be in related to my current problem but... Two days ago my throat started to feel sore my neck muscles are very sore and I have Avis all in my joints. Minor head acks as we'll. It dosnt feel like a cold or anything though.
