What Causes Soreness In Neck, Shoulders And Lower Back Post Trauma?

I was in a car accident and was rearended by someone doing about 50+ miles per hour and pushed into the car in front of me. 3 days later I was in the ER again because of how sore I was in the neck, shoulders, lower back, headaches and right lower abdomen. The doctors found my appendix was slightly enlarged. I didn t have any abdominal pain that I noticed until then and it was very minimal, like a pulled muscle. is there anyway the force of the accident and my seatbelt have caused e to have my appendix removed?

Hi
The accident would have had no effect on your appendix and there's no need to have it removed unless by exam you actually have appendicitis
