Hi, I am been wondering for a while why I hurt when i wipe with toilet paper...its very sore. I also feel very sick often mostly in mornings and I am definitely not pregnant. The other morning I had a piece of toast and was sick straight after. I have a red like rash on my face....sometimes there is tiny little white heads.....if squeezed nothing really comes out.....

Hello ma'am and welcome.

If pregnancy has been ruled out then a hormonal imbalance should be considered and ruled out/confirmed. Once confirmed, we should look into the cause for the imbalance as there can be many like:

+Medications
+Birth control
+Stress
+Infections
+Conditions like polycystic ovaries, etc.
+Chronic conditions like diabetes, etc.

Please report to your doctor for a blood investigation to look into the possibility of a hormonal imbalance.

Best wishes.
