What Causes Soreness In Right Collar Bone?

Hi I am a 16 year old female and i wake up sometimes with a very sore right collarbone. I am very sensitive about my collarbone because I worry that they will break easily because they are so small. Did I sleep on it wrong? Is this normal? Do I have like cancer or something??
