What Causes Soreness In The Breast And Sharp Pain In The Nipple?

I just notice yesterday that both of my breasts are looking different, cellulite like, they were not looking like that before, they also feel kind of sore and a little sharp pain in the breast that ends up in the nipple. Should I be worry about it? I never felt or saw anything different until last night. Thank you.

Well come to HCM
This may not be any disease but some time this could be due to some hormonal changes, wait for some time and this would be fine soon, if the tenderness increases and there is obvious sing of swelling then condition can be managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day" along with this better to get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
