What Causes Soreness In The Breasts And Frequent Urination?

Hi i got on the depo shot after an abortion in may i have not been back for another,i havent had a period and im experiencing sore breast frequent urination and most of all stomach flutters. So naturally i took a pregnacy test and its negative...what could be wrong? Am i dying?
