What Causes Soreness In The Lower Back And Pain In The Arm And Knee?

My elbow hurts in the bend of my arm, and my knees hurt. My lower back hurts tremendously and I am constantly getting (tordadol sp) shots. It helps for a week or so. My back is sore in the lower back on the right hand side....what am i missing....what is wrong with me.
