What Causes Soreness In The Navel Post A Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy 10 days ago lapeoscopy. My belly button is so sore and constant pulling. Now their checking my gallbladder for removal and they will have to go in the same way!!! Should I wait for it to heal completely or just go ahead with sx for gallstones and realize I will have a very very sore belly button pain for quite sometime??? I had an umbilical Hernia at birth just fyi

Thanks for posting on HCM
Soreness at sight of incision after a surgery is common.This is due to nerve and tissue injury/damage at the site.Another operation passing through the same route may not pose any problem.Just trust your Doctors and all will be well.Soreness will disappear progressively as healing takes it normal course.
