What Causes Soreness In The Neck Along With Dizziness?
Hi my question about 54 year old husband. He has had some dizzy spells lately this last one lasting more than 5 hours. His neck has been sore he has no fever no energy and doesnt want to go to the doctor. Hes on no medication. Is a smoker and drinks 2 cups of strong coffee a day. Ive given him fluids ginger tumeric tea and vitamin 12 and an advil for the headache he was having along with the other symptoms now headaches gone but theres ringing in the head any suggestions Thank you
