What Causes Soreness In The Neck And Numbness In The Left Leg?

Woke up with a sore neck ten days ago; had trouble sleeping the next week; have experienced numbing sensation in left leg; cold sensation; and soreness in back of my head at base of skull. Some problems with concentration, memory. Cardio normal; still doing 30 minutes of spin on bike without incidence.

Hello,

You may be suffering from neck muscles spasm or cervical spondylosis or occipital neuralgia with lower back pain with sciatica. You need to take a cervical x-ray and lumbar spine x-ray, and then consult your orthopedician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
