I ve been dealing with sores inside my nose for the past 3 months. I ve tried sprays, bacitracin, Vaseline, peroxide etc. It s painful to blow my nose and to even touch the outside as well. When I finally get it to go away in one spot it seems that it comes back in another spot. What is causing this and how do I get rid of the problem? Also, don t know if it s related to the same issue but it seems to be the same time frame. I have been getting bumps on my face (just the one side) I thought perhaps for some reason my face was breaking out (very unusual as I am 54 years old and don t have an acne problem) The bumps feel like there is something in them and hurt. I tried to squeeze it but only clear fluid comes out. One goes away then it seems like another one pops out in the same general area. I don t know how to clear this up! Help!!
HI Well come to HCM If this is allergic rhinitis then internal nostril get heart and may causes lesion there and it may used to dry frequently and should always avoid blowing the nose Advise: Drinking more water is the best remedy for this, steam inhalation can also be tried.
Treatment: Loratadine with pseudoephedrine tab three times in day would be fine for this (Bump of skin lesion on the face would come around on its own )
