General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Neck trauma may cause her to feel pain in the throat and also the headache but the fever does not seem to be related. Probably she is going through a viral infection that is causing the fever and possibly the throat pain and the headache.
On the other hand, it would be best to have her checked with the doctor to rule out other more important causes of the headache.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
