What Causes Soreness In The Upper Arm?
Hello,
For the past 2 months approximately I have been experiencing upper arm soreness/tenderness at night...only when I am sleeping. It is both arms. It seems to be at its worse when I lie on my back, but occurs with every position. I have tried switching pillows twice now and that has not helped. I am at a loss as to what could be causing this. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
