What Causes Soreness In The Upper Body?
what is causing extreme muscle soreness throughout upper body mainly but all over body soreness,neck,head,malaise ,swollen neck glands and soreness,sores on upper palate left side and soreness going down into throat,sinus feeling of lightheadedness,extreme fatigue,wanting to lay down all the time.

The symptoms are likely in keeping with a viral illness , the most common being the common cold or flu though other viral illness can cause similar problems.
Rest, fluids, paracetamol- would help but if the symptoms are very severe, you should be assessed by your doctor.
