Dear,
Sorry to know your concern

Soreness in vagina is a common problem for females who are not habituated to sex.
Reasons for soreness in vagina could be many ,but in your case it seems to be lack of foreplay.
Condom also is a latex material which can cause allergy in some females.
Regarding pulsation it could be due to repeated washing by soap and other things which causes increased blood supply locally ,thus resulting in pulsation.

Regarding your doubt of herpes it may be cleared that you had sex with condom so there are rare chances of STD'S

From now on when so ever you go for sex you need to extend your foreplay until your vagina is fully wet and watery discharge comes out of vagina.

If you follow this thing you would never feel dryness or soreness of vagina

Hope this clears all your doubts
