Hi,

With such migrating joint pains or arthralgias, baseline autoimmune work up should be down for any inflammatory arthritis and rheumatologist review may be needed with baseline work up like ESR and CRP as well as RA factor and uric acid levels. The borderline raised bilirubin might be due to Gilbert's syndrome which may need much intervention and management of joint condition but any multisystem infection or autoimmune cause should also be ruled out. Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful for symptomatic relief.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
