What Causes Soreness In Upper Breast And Shoulder?

I am 61 years old - white female. I woke up this morning very sore in the upper left breast (chest) and shoulder blade. I really think I slept wrong because I slept with my left arm up over my head almost all night. I just want to make sure it is not my heart. If I take a really deep breath it is sore and when I turn to the right real far, it is sore. That's why I think it is just a muscle strain or something.

Dear Mrs,

It is just a neuromuscular pain, may be a muscle strain. Don't worry, take Ibuprofen 400 mg. If the pain doesn't disappear after a single dose, then take it three times a day after the meal for 3 days.
