What Causes Soreness In Vaginal Area And Painful Urination?

9 days ago i had sex with my boyfriend for the first time. He was a virgin, i wasnt (i have had one other sexual partner whom i always used condoms with). i am now on the pill so we werent using condoms and when he tried to penetrate me he could not fit inside of me causing his foreskin to tear slightely and blead excessively and also causing me to bleed (at the time i was unsure whether this was due to the fact i was due on my period or not). The next day I had very bad pain around my vaginal opening and i also started my period. The pain decreased over the next few days and i had no problems whatsoever, however about 4 days ago i started having very painful urination. The pain doesnt occur all the way through my urination but for 1/2 seconds at the end and about 4/5 seconds afterwards. It is a kind of burning pain. 3 days ago i started itching severely around my labia minora and around my vaginal opening, this cleared up slightely over the next day or so and then 2 days ago i noticed i have insect bite like bumps over my pubic area and thighs which were very itchy. Yesterday I had sex with my boyfriend again and eveything was feeling fine down below beforehand (exept for when urinating). We used a condom this time for lubrication to make insertion easier and he managed to penetrate me however it was very painful around my vaginal opening for the firt 5 or so minutes. Throughout the sex there was a small amount of pain, a kind of stinging pain but nothing too bad. Today when i woke up my vagina was very red and sore especially around the vaginal opening and all over, including my clitoris and labia majora, is very tender, almost unbearable to touch. Roughly 2 hours after i woke up this morning I started experiencing severe abdominal cramps which have lasted all day. They cover the whole of my abdominal area and have varied in strength all day. I am also very lethargic and feeling slightely dizzy. My vaginal area is still painful, the painful urination is still there and also the itching is prresent now and then.
Im a bit confused as to what is going on. Im not sure whether eveything is related or if i have a number of problems going on at the moment. I have looked over the internet and im matching some of the symptoms for UTIs, PID, Gonorrhea (although im not sure how an STI could be possible), TSS etc. I would like to know whether you think anything serious is going on, whether i should see my doctor and what i can do in the meantime to help.
