What Causes Soreness Of Testicles?

hi my boyfriend came home from work today and said his pants were annoying his testicles .he is at home now with no pants on just jogging bottoms as his testicles r very red and sore wat could b the problem

wat do u suggest to take now to ease discomfort

Retractile / or Torsion testes.
Soreness is from intense torsion or retractile and twisted testes,which needs to be un-twisted from doctor / or needs urgent surgery to reduce torsion of testes and fix it by Orchiopexy.
