What Causes Soreness On Outer Skin Of Vagina?

Hi, since I was 9 years old, I developed sores on the outer skin of my vagina. They would come and then go away and come back. I hadn t had sex at that point until 6 years later but the sores were still there. Is this an STD? I got tested a few years ago and I was clean and I haven t had unprotected sex since then so...I need to know.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate this, it may not be sexually transmitted disease but to ruled out the doubt certain test need to be done, till then condition can be managed with local application of broad spectrum antibiotic ointment and best option would be "Povidone Iodine" this would be fine soon, take care.
